Jeff from JollyTips reached out, describing a tipping platform that makes it easy to send tips to people who provide great customer service — whether its to individuals or employees at businesses.

He wanted to allow customers who recognize excellent service be able to instantly and digitally tip from their phone.

The Project

This project required balancing complex features and user-flows for both individuals and businesses receiving tips and for the happy clients giving tips.

Working with app owner Jeff, we created its bright and 'jolly' branding, choosing a stable yellow and a reliable green to created a happy and trusting feeling.

The final solution communicates multi-user platform functionality in a way that feels trustworthy and easy-to-use, with clear flows—helping people quickly understand the value of JollyTips and use it to show appreciation for those who do good work!

What I Delievered
